The newest edition to the Standard Furniture Group, Modern Living  opened in March 2009 within the Design District. We are a contemporary approach to condo living. While it’s been thought that modern interiors are cold and minimalist, today’s contemporary interiors are comfortable and welcoming without being cluttered and dark. It’s a style that is equally appropriate for offices, condos and homes. A contemporary style home can be a quiet and a comfortable retreat.

We offer small space solutions: multifunctional pieces are the perfect condo furniture. Almost all of our full size sofas are available as condo sofas which are smaller than a sofa, but larger than a loveseat . For those tough to fit spots, we also do custom measurements on select items including wood finishing.

Updating your home decor with thoughtful touches and artful accessories can translate into some creative style.  We have a wide range of accessories such as lighting , art, mirrors and smaller accent pieces to help decorate your personal space into a modern oasis.
